House. Dated 1836. Coursed watershot rubble with sandstone ashlar
dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Quoins. Central board
door in surround with Ionic fluted jambs, torus-moulded imposts, frieze with
lozenges in corners, fluting on keystone, and inscription "John Fawcett A.D.
1836" on panels in between. Pulvinated cornice above. Sash windows in
plain surrounds. End stacks, each with a decorative pot.
