Cottage. Mid-late C18. Coursed watershot rubble, stone slate roof. 2
storeys, 2 first-floor windows, with rear outshut. Quoins. Openings have
ashlar surrounds. To right, 4-panel door. Ground-floor windows: 4-pane
sashes. First-floor windows: 16-pane sashes. Shaped kneelers, ashlar
copings. Stacks at ends and centre. Rear elevation: 2-light flush-mullion
window and tall, flat-headed landing window with moulded arrises.
