NY 80 SE MUKER RAVEN SEAT

7/153 Ravenseat Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Early C18 with later additions. Rubble with ashlar dressings,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, double-depth plan. 2 first-floor windows,
with single-storey porch. Quoins. Central quoined, gabled porch with board
door in quoined surround. 4-pane sash windows in ashlar surrounds, formerly
with mullions, weather-courses above. Fire-window to left. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar copings. Two-span roof. End stacks. Rear range added in
C19, with round-arched landing window.
