House. Early C18. Rendered, pantile. 3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows.
Central 4-panel door below overlight. To right, C20 segmental bow window.
To left, door to and part of, Swale View (qv). First floor: sash windows
with glazing bars and projecting stone sills. Second floor: side-sliding
sashes in chamfered surrounds, probably once mullioned. Stepped eaves,
rendered over. Rear elevation: several 2-light chamfered mullion windows.
Probably originally part of same building as Swale View (qv).
