7/74 Rose Cottage and railings

GV II

House and railings. Mid C18, altered. Roughcast, pantile roof, wrought-
iron railings. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Between first and second bays, part-
glazed leaved door in pedimented stone architrave. C20 3-light casement
windows. Ashlar copings. Brick stacks between bays 1 and 2, 2 and 3 and at
end right. In front of house, low rubble wall with saddleback coping,
supporting plain railings. Included for group value.
