Farmhouse. Mid-late C17 and early-mid C18. Pebbledashed rubble, stone slate and concrete interlocking tile roofs. Two storeys.

North front: Two first-floor windows in C18 range added to one bay projecting C17 cross wing on right. Pebbledashed, with quoins visible in places in both sections. Left range: below second window, part-glazed door in C17 quoined chamfered ashlar surround with triangular head, apparently moved from inner doorway in left wall of cross wing. Windows have ashlar projecting sills and deep lintels: four-pane sash on ground floor to left, C20 16-pane casements on first floor. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping and end stack to left. Stone slate roof.

Cross wing: three-light side-sliding sash window on ground floor; two-light casement window in surround of double-chamfered mullion window on first floor. Quarter-round kneelers and ashlar coping to gable; brick stack at apex; concrete interlocking tile roof. Rear of cross wing: rubble on boulder plinth. External stack, stepped at top, with blocked ashlar surrounds of single-light windows on both floors to its right. Left return of cross wing: on each floor at rear end a three-light double-chamfered mullion window, with hoodmould on ground floor. Right return of cross wing: quoins to left. On first floor, a three-light double-chamfered mullion window, partly blocked.

Interior: chamfered beams. In kitchen to rear of cross wing, said to be a large fireplace with ashlar surround, and broken flat lintel, now hidden.
