House and outbuilding under one roof, now house. Late C17. Rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 2:2 first-floor windows. House to right: quoins.
Central part-glazed door in chamfered quoined ashlar surround. Ground
floor: 4-light double-chamfered mullion windows with central king mullions.
First floor: later 3-light, double-chamfered mullion windows. Stacks to
left of door and at right end. Former barn: blocked door to left, inserted
5-light chamfered mullion window on ground floor and two 2-light chamfered
mullion windows with C18 architraves reused as lintels on first floor.
Coping to left. C20 flat-roofed sun lounge to left not of special interest.
At rear, part lean-to and part flat-roofed extensions, not of special
interest. Interior: in ground-floor room to right: stone flag floor; mid-
late C18 ashlar fireplace with segmental-arched soffit to lintel, pilaster
capitals and cyma recta cornice.
