Farmhouse. Dated 1714, with later C18 addition. Coursed rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, double-depth plan, the rear range being an addition,
2 first-floor windows. Quoins. Central C20 part-glazed door in chamfered
quoined surround, lintel carved with a shield bearing raised characters
"H M 1714". Double-chamfered mullion windows, altered on ground floor:
2-light, formerly 4-light to left; 2-light, formerly 4-light now increased
in height to right; 3-light on first floor. 2-span roof with kneelers and
ashlar copings. End stacks to front range. Rear: on ground floor, surround
of 2-light double-chamfered mullion window; shaped kneelers. Right return
of front range: double-chamfered surround of single-light ground-floor
window.
