House. Dated 1686, but with unsympathetic alterations in 1968. Rubble,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Central part-glazed
door in chamfered quoined ashlar surround with triangular soffit to lintel
and small recessed panel on lintel with raised characters "1686 TB". C20
3-light casement windows in concrete surrounds. Ridge stack to left of door
and stack to rear of ridge at left end. Included for group value.
