Farmhouse and attached garden wall. Late C18 - early C19 and early-mid C19
with C20 alterations. Coursed watershot rubble, C20 Roman pantile roofs with stone
slates at eaves; garden wall of cobbles. 2 storeys, 2:1 first-floor
windows. Older range to left: quoins to left and on part of first floor to
right, C20 casement windows, in enlarged openings on ground floor; shaped
kneeler, ashlar coping and brick end stack to left. Later range: taller;
quoins to right; to left, 6-panel door in ashlar surround with open pediment
on cyma recta brackets with paterae; 4-pane sash windows with projecting
sills and deep lintels; shaped kneelers and ashlar coping; brick end stacks.
In front of house, garden wall with segmental ashlar coping, swept down at
sides and to lower front wall, and with board doors in quoined surrounds to
left and right.
