House. c1782. For Matthew Terry. Pebbledashed, stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 4:1 bays. In bay 3, part-glazed leaved doors in eared architrave
with splayed bases and cornice. Sash windows in architraves, that over door
slightly eared. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to left. Stacks at ends
and between bays 4 and 5. Named after a visit to the West Indies by its
