Farmhouse and attached cottage and outbuilding. Dated 1740, but of several
builds. Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows in all.
Quoins at ends and around central 2 bays of house. House: central C20 pent-
roofed porch. Inner doorway with part-glazed door in ashlar surround on
plinths with "JOn . Robinson 1740" inscribed on lintel, pulvinated frieze
and lintel. To left, on each floor, 1 sash window with glazing bars. To
right, on each floor, architrave to 2-light windows formerly 3-light flat-
faced mullion windows. Corniced end stacks. To left, cottage: 4-panel door
below C18 lintel with basket-arched soffit and keystone, sash windows with
glazing bars. Stack to left end, forming projecting chimneybreast from left
return. To right: outbuilding with 1 small window on each floor.
