Farmhouse, cottage and farm buildings under 1 roof, with coach house. House
dated 1691, other buildings C18 and C19. Rubble, stone slate roofs.
2 storeys, 6 first-floor openings. House: central 4-panel part-glazed door
in ashlar surround with moulded arris and "EHB 1691" inscribed on lintel
with decorative motifs. Flanking, 2 bays of 4-pane sash windows to each
floor. Stone gutter brackets. End stacks, that to right corniced. Cottage
to left: door under slab lintel and 1 bay of 16-pane sash windows with slab
sills and lintels. Stack to left end. Further to left, coach house breaks
forward with board doors below segmental arch of rubble voussoirs with
hoodmould. To right, farm buildings: quoins to right; blocked semicircular
arch of rubble voussoirs with hoodmould; steps to first-floor board door;
stone gutter brackets.
