Farmhouse and outbuilding under 1 roof. Dated 1772. Coursed rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, house of 3 bays. Quoins overall. House: central
part-glazed door in finely-tooled ashlar surround with splayed bases and
M
basket-arched soffit to lintel, which is inscribed "B E 1772". Tooled sills
and lintels to later 4-pane sash windows. End stacks. Outbuilding to right
has one opening on each floor.
