Cottage. Late C18 - early C19 with later alterations. Coursed sandstone,
stone slate roof, repaired with artificial slates. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor
windows. Quoins. On ground floor to left, part-glazed door in chamfered
quoined ashlar surround, and to its left a small window. 4-pane sash
windows with stone lintels and projecting sills. Ashlar coping to right.
Rebuilt brick stack at right end. Right return: blocked quoined door
surround. Included for group value.
