House of late C17 or early C18. Hammer-dressed stone with stone slate roof. Two
storeys and one bay. To ground floor double chamfered stone mullion window, now of
only 2 lights, with hoodmoulds. To first floor one small unmoulded window and one
3-light double chamfered stone mullion window. Plain doorway. One chimney.
