8/55 Currer Hall Cottage


Cottage. Mid C18. Coursed squared stone, graduated stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins, central board door in plain chamfered surround.
All windows are 3-light with flat-faced mullions apart from that above door
which is square with a modern casement. Shaped kneelers, moulded stone
coping, end stacks and one to ridge. Rear: 5-light chamfered mullion
window. Interior: large inglenook fireplace with segmental arch.
