House and barn. Early-mid C19 with late C17 origins. Rendered, painted stone
dressings, stone slate roof. T shaped plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance
has moulded surround with check-pieces and projecting open pediment on massive ogee
consoles. 2 ground floor and 3 upper floor windows have plain surrounds and sashes
without glazing bars. Ground floor sill band. Chamfered quoins. Shaped eaves
modillions. Gable end ridge stacks. Re-used entrance in rear-wing has chamfered
surround and decorated lintel inscribed 16 L 99

Barn to left has later C17 King block roof truss.
