Cottage. Mid-C18 with C17 origins and C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered, painted
stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Moulded surround to right-
hand entrance, segmental arched extrados; C20 door. Left-hand ground floor 2-light
flat faced mullioned window with moulded surround; sashes without glazing bars.
2 upper floor windows: left-hand moulded surround, sashes without glazing bars;
right-hand C20 window with projecting sill. Left-hand chamfered quoins, mid-C18
moulded eaves modillions. Left-hand gable end ridge stack. Interior: segmental
arched inglenook fireplace with 32 voussoirs and dressed stone jambs. Left-hand
beehive oven.
