Schoolhouse. c1804 and 1817. Rendered, stone dressings, slate roof. Central
staircase plan. Formerly 2 storeys, 3 bays: central entrance has Tuscan pilaster
surround, open pediment; 6 panel door, top 2 glazed, round-headed fanlight. 2 ground
floor and 3 upper floor windows have plain surrounds and sashes: 15 panels to ground
floor and 12 panes to upper floor. Projecting quoins. ttid-c20 dormer. Gable end
ridge stacks. To left is recessed extension c1817. 2 storeys, 1 bay with 15 pane
sashes to ground floor and 12 pane sashes to upper floor.
