Formerly farmhouse and stables, now house. Late C17/early C18 with C19 and C20
alterations. Limewashed rubble, painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Two
storeys, 4 bays including right-hand bay of C19 stable. Entrance left of centre
has plain surround, c1980 door. Flanking ground floor chamfered mullioned windows:
2 lights to left, 3 lights to right. Right-hand c1980 wooden chamfered mullioned
window to former stable and C19 right-hand entrance; c1980 door. 2 upper floor
windows - both heightened 2-light chamfered mullioned. Windows have 5 panes, and
a mixture of casements, sashes and fixed lights. Stacks: left-hand gable end ridge,
left of centre ridge, and right hand ridge at former gable. Interior: chamfered
spine beams, cantilevered stone staircase.
