Farmhouse. Dated 1775 with C20 alterations. Squared sandstone rubble, stone
dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central
entrance has plain surround, dated lintel; early C20 half-glazed door. 2 ground
floor and outer 2 upper floor windows have 2-light recessed flat-faced mullions,
sashes with glazing bars. Narrower single light to centre of upper floor, sash
with glazing bars. Projecting quoins, wooden eaves modillions. Shaped kneelers,
gable end coping and ridge stacks.
