Formerly farmhouse, now house. Early-mid C18 with C17 origins and C20 alterations. Slobbered coursed rubble, stone slate roof. Front was extensively altered in C20. Rear: two storeys, two bays. Left-hand bay has three-light chamfered mullioned window per storey with dripstones. Right-hand bay has two former two-light chamfered windows to both floors with mullions now gone. C20 casements in all windows. Dripstone above ground floor window extends beyond to left. Exposed through. Gable end ridge stacks.

Interior: moulded surround to early-mid-C18 fireplace; moulded cornice to heavy lintel. Panel door to staircase. Plank door and HL hinges to upper floor bedroom.

Former barn to right inscribed C/ES/1743 on tie beam.
