2 cottages. Dated 1837. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof.
2 storeys, 5 bays. Entrance to Rosedale has plain surround and c1970s 6-panel
door. 2 entrances to North House each have plain surrounds and c1930s doors.
Carriage entrance to right of centre has plain jambs, chamfered voussoirs and
dated keystone. 4 ground floor and 5 upper floor windows, each with plain surround
and sashes with glazing bars except left-hand bay which has sashes on both floors.
Quoins. Left-hand and right-hand ridge stacks.
