Formerly one house, now house and 2 flats. C18 with early C19 extension to left
and C20 alterations. Stucco, painted stone dressings. Stone slate roof. Right-hand
part of 2 storeys, 3 bays. Left-hand entrance has plain surround with imitation
keystone to lintel; 6 panel door, upper 4 glazed. 2 ground-floor and 3 upper
floor windows have plain surrounds and 8-pane sashes. Left-hand extension has right-
hand entrance with moulded surround and c1930s margin lights; 2 leafed-shutters
in reveal and 3/4 glazed door with rectangular fanlight and diamond glazing. 2
ground floor and 3 upper floor windows are all large with plain surrounds and
12-pane sashes except left-hand ground floor window which is blocked. Quoins. Moulded
eaves cornice. Gable end and central ridge stacks.
