7/3 Dubsyke Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C18 with C20 alterations. Limewashed watershot masonry, stone
dressings, slate roof. Garden front: 2 storey, double fronted. Central entrance,
C20 French windows. Left-hand ground floor 3-light recessed flat-faced mullioned
window and similar window but 2-lights to right hand ground floor, slate dripstones,
C20 sashes. Two 2-light recessed flat-faced mullioned windows to upper floor, C20
sashes. Right-hand gable end and left-hand ridge stacks. Rear is much altered
but contains remains of several late C17/early C18 chamfered mullioned windows,
all with mullions missing.
