Cottage. Mid C18 with C20 alterations. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Left-hand entrance has pulvinated rusticated
surround and lintel with pulvinated rusticated imitation voussoirs similar to Harden
Cottage, Austwick (qv). 6 panel door, upper 2 glazed. To right is 2-light flat-
faced mullioned window on both floors with 8-pane and 12-pane sashes to lower and
upper floors respectively. 3 further ground floor and one upper floor windows have
plain surrounds and mixture of sashes and casements. Continuous hoodmould over
entrance and ground floor windows. 2 right-hand ridge stacks.
