Farmhouse. Late C17 with early C18, C19 and C20 alterations. Partly limewashed
rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan. Rear to road.
Garden front: 2 storeys, double fronted. Entrance to left of centre in wide gabled
porch with Tudor arched head. Plain surround to entrance; 6 panel door, upper 2
glazed. To left is early C18 ground floor 3-light flat faced mullioned window with
flanking 8-paned fixed lights and central 8-paned sashes; slate dripstone. To right
is ground floor window with C20 sill and lintel; slate dripstone. On upper floor
are two 3-light double chamfered mullioned windows, that to left has projecting
lintel, that to right has slate dripstone, mixture of C20 casements, fixed lights
and sashes. Right-hand gable end ridge stack. To left is late C19/early C20
extension of 2 storeys, 1 bay.
