Formerly house and cottage, now 4 cottages. C18, refronted early C19. Slobbered
rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. Former house: 3 storeys, 4 bays.
Central entrance has pilasters and moulded capitals, basket-arched head to lintel
with pulvinated frieze and moulded cornice; boarded 4-panel door. 4 windows per
storey have plain surrounds and projecting sills; mixture of 16-pane sashes and
sashes without glazing bars. Paired modillions at eaves. 2 gable-end and left
and right of centre ridge stacks. Former cottage: 2. storeys, 3 bays. Left-hand
entrance in C20 porch, plain surround; 6 panel door. Entrance right of centre has
plain surround; 6 panel door, upper 4 glazed. 3 windows per storey have plain
surrounds and projecting sills; 16-pane sashes. Paired eaves modillions. Left
of centre ridge stack and right-hand gable end ridge stack. Triangular arrangement
of pigeon holes in right-hand gable.
