Formerly extension to left of Glendower House (qv) now separate cottage. 2 storeys,
1 bay. C19. Slobbered rubble with stone dressings and stone slate roof. Entrance
has plain lintel and C20 door. Large late C19 ground floor window to left with
square surround and late C19 sashes with glazing bars. No upper floor windows.
Stone stack with C20 top courses in cement brick projects beyond left gable end.
Single-storey lean-to built against stack and gable wall. Rear kitchen has signs
of blocked doorway into Glendower House to right. Included for group value.
