Former grammar school, now house. Late C18 but with Cl7 datestone altered and extended
C20. Rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. One storey, 3 bays. Door to
right in C20 porch with reset datestone over. 2 round-headed windows with
rendered heads and keystones. Left gable end stack. Bolted king post roof. C20
extension to rear.
