Formerly 2 cottages, now 1 cottage. Dated 1692. Rubble, stone dressings, slate
roof. 2 storeys 3 bays. Left-hand entrance has chamfered surround with plain stops
and lintel with initials K and date;

C20 door. Right-hand entrance has plain lintel and C20 door. Three ground floor
windows with C20 casements: heightened 3 light double chamfered ovolo mullioned
window, single light chamfered window and 2 light double chamfered mullioned window.
Three upper floor windows: single light chamfered window with sashes and glazing bars,
2 light double chamfered cavetto mullioned window and former 2 light chamfered window,
the latter two with C20 casements. Right-hand ridge stack.
