GV II

Farmhouse, probably earlier C17, altered. Rubble with stone slate roof.
Two storeys. Irregular fenestration but five windows to each storey. In
the first bay is a relatively recent plain doorway, but in the second a
chamfered doorway with Tudor-arched head, now blocked to a window. Above
this is a 2-light double chamfered stone mullion window. The third bay
has 2-light chamfered stone mullion windows on each floor, that above
with pointed heads. The fourth and fifth bays, have 3-light double
chamfered stone mullion windows above, but a recent 3-light window and
porch, and a C18 recessed square mullion window below. Ridge stack
approximately opposite the arched doorway, and external gable stack to
right hand end. Interior not inspected.
