Farmhouse: Dated 1723 with C19 and C20 alterations. Watershot limestone masonry,
millstone grit dressings, stone slate roof. 2 cell plan. 2 storeys, double fronted.
Central entrance has roll moulded surround, decorated lintel inscribed IL 1723,
dripstone; C20 door. 2 chamfered windows with ovolo mullions per storey: 4 lights
to ground floor, formerly 3 lights to upper floor, now 2 lights each with only
one repositioned mullion; casements and fixed lights. Gable end and right of
centre ridge stacks. At rear is C19 outshut to house staircase. Interior: Left-
hand front room dontains C18 fireplace with corbelled mantle. 2 massive spine beams.
