GV II
Farmhouse. Dated 1781 with early C18 origins and C20 alterations. Squared
limestone rubble, millstone grit dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2
bays. Central entrance has plain surround on square bases, lintel inscribed
IF EF 1781; nine panel door. 2 ground floor and 3 upper floor windows, plain
projecting surrounds, sashes with glazing bars. Shaped kneelers and coping.
Shaped eaves modillions. Gable end ridge stacks. Rear entrance has moulded
surround and lintel inscribed:

One ground floor and 3 upper floor windows reusing early C18 double chamfered
surrounds. Ground floor left-hand 2-light double chamfered mullioned window.
