Cottage, c1670. Rendered rubble, millstone grit dressings stone slate roof.
Gable entry, plank door. Garden front: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Left-hand ground
floor 2-light chamfered mullioned window, right of centre 2-light flat faced
mullioned window, former right-hand chamfered fire window. Upper floor: 2
former 2-light chamfered mullioned windows, that to left has lowered sill,
both mullions missing. Mixture of casements and fixed lights, left-hand and
large right-hand gable end stacks. Interior, corbelled jambs to c1800 fireplace.
c1670 King block roof trusses.
