House and attached outbuilding. Dated 1871. Coursed rubblestone with
ashlar dressings; graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-bay main range
with lower 2-bay outbuilding set slightly back on right. Main range:
central doorcase with imposts, segmental-arched head and cornice; internal
porch. To either side a tripartite window having 4-pane sashes flanked by
2-pane sashes; three 4-pane sashes above; all in plain surrounds. Moulded
gutter brackets. Corniced, ashlar end stacks. Outbuilding has segmental carriage
arch with dated keystone, quoined doorway to left with small-pane window
above and similar window to each floor on right, all with plain surrounds;
gutter brackets. Included for group value.
