22/7 Rose Cottage

House and attached outbuilding. Probably C17, re-built late C18. Rubble,
graduated stone slate roof. 2-storey, 2-bay house with added bay left and
2-bay outbuilding to right. Quoins to left of house and far right.
House: C20 board door right; 2 windows to left on ground and first floors
with C20 16-pane pivoting casements, in reused chamfered stone surrounds,
blocked doorway between ground-floor windows. Outbuilding: 2 board doors
with plain lintels, square pitching hatch above, all openings without
jambs. Added bay: inserted garage doors, small square 4-pane window above.
Ridge stack above blocked doorway and to left between house and added bay.
Interior not inspected at re-survey. Included for group value.
