Farmhouse. Dated 1829. Limestone rubble, ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof. Two storeys, 2 x 2 bays. Quoins. Central board door in plain surround with lintel dated '1829' and cornice. Flanking and first floor four-pane sashes in slightly projecting plain surrounds. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, corniced end stacks.
