Farmhouse and two cottages, now house and shop premises. House dated 1622, cottages probably C18 with C20 refenestration and conversion. Coursed gritstone rubble, graduated stone slate roof. Quoins. Two storeys; house of three bays, two- by one-bay cottages.

House: central panelled door, the top three lights glazed, in a quoined surround with moulded chamfer carried over a shallow triangular doorhead; the lintel has large raised letters, "TT 1622 HT". Flanking five-light recessed chamfered mullion windows; all under a continuous dripmould stepped up over the entrance. Similar four-light windows to first floor and a central, probably enlarged, two-light window centre. Central ridge stack and a two-flue stack to left, at junction with later range.

Cottages: C20 doors and windows in original openings, those to ground floor probably enlarged.
