House. Late C18 - early C19. Coursed squared gritstone and ashlar,
graduated stone slate roof. Projecting quoins. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central
panelled door with overlight in architrave with entablature and cornice.
Flanking 16-pane sashes in slightly projecting plain surrounds. 4-pane
sashes in similar surrounds with projecting sill band to first floor.
Eaves band, shaped kneelers, gable copings, end stacks. Interior not
inspected at resurvey.
