Garden building. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof.
Single storey with lean-to roof. Projecting quoins. The frontage is wide
enough to contain the round-arched doorway with projecting keystone
decorated with crudely worked vermiculated rustication. Blocking course
above. Not examined in detail at resurvey; in a derelict condition.
Included for group value. One of the few remaining garden structures of
the C18 - C19 belonging to smaller farmhouses in the area, possibly a
privy.
