Two houses, mid C18 and mid C19. Render (in part) over dressed stone and random
rubble. Stone slate roofs. L-shaped two-storey building; the part to left
(Park House) is set back and rendered, of two bays with doorway between. The
windows and doorway have architraves, the lattices with a keystone sash without
glazing bays. The right cross-wing (Park Cottage) ie unrendered, with ashlar
quoins and dressings. Modern fixed glazing and casements in plain stone
surrounds, two bays per floor with an attic light. Central doorway with
cornice. Both doors are partly glazed. Stone gutter brackets, ball finial to
gable apex of Park Cottage. Three chimneys.
