6/1 Aldburgh Hall

House. C18 with mid C19 refronting. Rubblestone rendered with ashlar
front, graduated stone slate roofs. 2 storeys, 5 bays with 2 bay wings
projecting at front. Plinth. Central 6-panel door with overlight in stone
surround of Doric pilasters, frieze, cornice and blocking course. Sash
windows with moulded stone architrave. 2 outer bays have tripartite sashes
to ground floor. Roof hipped to outer 2 bays. Ridge stacks. Interior:
early C18 staircase with bulb and umbrella balusters.
