House. Mid C18. Probably by Matthew Ward (Swinton estate records). Stone,
rendered, and ashlar dressings; graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3
bays. Plinth. Ground and first floors have quoins, and 4-pane sashes with
stone sills. Second-floor band. Pediment breaks forward with central
lunette window with glazing bars and stone surround. End stacks.
