Pair of houses. Late C18. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings,
graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays each with rear outshut.
Plinth, quoins. Each has central 4-panel door (No 30: c1980) with overlight
in plain stone surrounds. All windows have plain stone surrounds. Windows
to ground and first floor are sashes. Second floor: No 30 has 6-pane
sashes, No 28 has 4-pane side-sliding sashes. Shaped kneelers, stone
coping. End stacks and one to ridge between houses.
