House. Early C19. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, graduated
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, central 6-panel door with 5-
pane overlight in plain stone surround. All windows have plain stone
surrounds. Those to left-hand bay have 4-pane sashes, that to centre blind,
those to right-hand bay have sashes. Shaped kneeler and stone coping to
left. End stacks. Included for group value.
