Early C19. Brown brick, part colour-washed. Hipped slate roof. Three storeys.
Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Two bays to each elevation, and recessed curved
corner bay to New Lane: sashes with glazing bars, stuccoed voussoirs. Door to
New Lane with six fielded panels and plain frame with flat hood on cut brackets.
