House, now 2 dwellings. S on plaque, late C18 outshut to south gable

end. Pinkish-brown brick in English garden wall bond, pantile roof.
Central staircase hall plan, gable end to street. 2 storeys, 3 first
floor windows. Steps to mid C20 glazed door under oblong fanlight with
glazing bars. 16-pane sashes to either side. 4-course first floor
band. To first floor: unequal 9-pane sashes and 2-pane casement. All
openings under blocked elliptical arches. Cogged eaves. Stacks to
south gable end and to rear first bay. North gable has further blocked
elliptical arches and datestone.
