House now offices. Late C18, Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with red
brick and magnesian limestone ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof.
3 storey, 3 bays. Magnesian limestone plinth and quoining to ends.
Entrance to left. 4 steps with plain wrought-iron balustrade to 6-fielded-
panel door under oblong fanlight in painted ashlar eared architrave under
pulvinated frieze and triangular pediment. Sashes with plate glass
throughout with ashlar cills and under flat arches of red gauged brick with
ashlar keystones. Ashlar modillion eaves band. Ashlar kneeler and coping
to right gable. End stacks. Interior: shutters to ground floor window.
